Well, after reading some of the other reviews I ask myself where have these people lived!! I have lived here two years and love it! There has been such an improvement in management and maintenance. It is convenient, the people are nice and all in all its fun. Yeah, there are some parties and noise but what can you expect in a college environment. Overall, this has been such an enjoyable experience and a really cool place to live. Maybe some of the others here have had a bad experience but that doesnt make the whole place bad. I think they have been accomodating, and been good at responding to complaints. Its fun, cheap and comes with everything you need so why would I live anywhere else'
