I have lived here since August 2003, and I have absolutely loved it! The grounds are always beautiful and clean. The apartments are in good condition, pretty spacious, and very nice for any college student. The pool is awesome! Every time I have made a request, it has been taken care of within a day, and they always ask if they have permission to enter if you are not there. I have not had any problems with crime, and I feel safe living around other people my age.

I have encountered a few problems here. The gate system never seems to work when you have a friend come over who needs to use the call box to get in, and management hasn't bothered to fix it yet. There isn't even a drawer in the kitchen big enough to hold a silverware tray. If you don't have any silverware, don't worry! (or you can just put your silverware tray on the counter like we did). If you want to study during finals week, go somewhere else, because people party all the time, and there is no getting away from the noise. I decided to live on the third floor so that I wouldn't have any noise above me, but the people below me blasted their bass (and it was bad music too), so I could feel it all the time. The last thing is that if you pay for a parking spot, you don't always get your money worth. I'm sure it happens everywhere, but people always parked in my spot (especially over summer, and weekends when big parties were going on).

I definitely recommend this place. The good things definitely overcome the bad things, and the only reason that I am moving out (other than the constant noise and partying) is because I have pets, and pets are not here.
