Northpointe seemed like a great idea for me and my friends. We are all moving out for the first time and it is furnished with individual leases. However, I was more than eager to leave when it was time. I outgrew the party 5 days a week atmosphere. I will agree that there were vast improvements, but the police helicopter was a very regular visitor to the complex. To any students/parents/etc I would recommend otherwise. I lived in other locations north of campus that were much safer. While I was living there we had a rock thrown through a window and a bloody dent in my car trunk where a fight took place. We also witnessed many fights out our first floor window. However, a word of advice if you are moving there: The staff is rather useless, if you need anything at all go straight to the manager, Rick, he is very efficent and understanding. The place made great improvements under his guidance.
