Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
On my two years of stay, I heard of about 10 different cars broken in. Vandalized or stolen items. My car was one of the victims. I tried to cancel my lease, but they did not offer any terms for cancellation and wanted me to pay the whole lease if i wanted to move out. Some neighbors were very loud and threw parties often. Management was ok.
