My friends and I loved this apartment at FIRST SIGHT. After we moved in (this is our first year living here), it was hell. There were dirty boxers in the our kitchen sink, the place was FILTHY, (obviously the manager had the cleaning crew do something BUT clean the apartments), our AC did not work, we had worms in our couches, and BLACK MOLD in our bathrooms. Danielle Fisher, the new manager at Northpointe does a HORRIBLE job at managing this apartment complex. She does not keeps her promises, or appointments, overworks the employees (we talked to them and became friends with them), and has very poor customer service. My roommates and I talked to other tenants and they were having the same problem as us. The management last year did a really good job from what we were told in holding their appointments and cleaning apartments, but this year, management is doing very poorly in keeping tenants happy. Oh, and btw, my room is infested with bugs! We had our apartment sprayed when we got here, but obviously they did a horrible job since I still have bugs crawling over my desk and my bed. Oh, we also cleaned the apartment using our own money..and Northpointe promised us we would have a clean apartment upon move-in day. No, we didn't. We're still waiting for our reimbursements for using our own money to clean our apartment from corporate...

Other than that...North pointe does look nice, and they have nice amenities.. But that's about it. Staying here for a night visiting a friend, you won't have much problems, but actually living here is a nightmare. All the other employees such as the cleaning crew and the maintenance crew are all fun to talk with and they don't like the new manager at all either... When they weren't being overwhelmed with demands from the manager, they got around to our apartment and fixed our AC, got the mold problem fixed, and fixed our leaky sinks.
