Every issue I had took weeks if not MONTHS to resolve. My apartment has WORMS living in the wood or somewhere, I'm not sure but they show up everywhere. My carpeting badly needs to be replaced and although I was promised new carpets upon signing my lease, it has been MONTHS of false promises from management and NO NEW CARPETING. I'm so tired of the management lying to me and blowing me off.
I got locked out of my apartment and it took the on call guy several HOURS to let me in. When he came he cursed and complained and tried to charge me 25 bucks for his 'service'.
The pool is MOLDY and the water actually stinks. The jacuzzi here has not worked in the past year. It all makes for a good show for the unsuspecting newcomer, but there is a lot more to this place than meets the eye.

you are absolutely right about management. but how could the pool water be moldy when they drain it every week because people bring digs and glass bottles?

I have no idea but if chlorine is being put in the water, then there shouldn't be any mold at all. I dont believe the pool is drained that often, but if it is, this would not eliminate a mold problem unless it is scrubbed out or treated with chemicals. I know I have heard MANY complaints that's sound just like mine. We really should do something about this. Did you guys know that Northpointe was on the local news about the cockroach problem here?? I went down the the office today and the manager, Danielle, literally MADE FUN OF ME and mocked me and told me to get out of her office. This was because I asked her for a written statement saying that she would get me new carpeting, something she has been promising me since July. Does anyone have any ideas? I called KGUN 9 to see if they could do a follow up story, I'm waiting to hear back from them. I know all of you probably have even worse problems going on. Lets get something done about this!

I agree with you! My roommates have found worms in our carpets as well as my own dresser! Management is very unorganized and HORRIBLE! The WORST I have ever seen.
