I think there were 3 different managers during the time I lived there. No one really knew what they were doing. Although, the staff is nice and getting something repaired is easy enough.
However-- I had both roaches and termites because of a slob downstairs! I couldn't live there for a couple weeks while they were trying to spray the place. It was disgusting that they let things get to that point, after I made complaints about the dirty guy below. The next idiot to move in set off the fire alarm several times, and it was in the middle of the night or early in the morning. The manager laughed it off, saying he was just a "bad cook". In the meantime, the fire department had come out three times and I was afraid I'd wake up with my place on fire. They also allowed several mentally challenged people to live in the building, who didn't know how to keep up their place, inside or out. They let parites go on that were very loud as well. They don't seem to care who moves in there.
