wonderful maintenance From: TracieBenally Date posted: 12/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   This place is certainly not perfect but I like being able to count on workmen coming to my home within hours of telling office staff about a maintenance issue. Everyone was rather friendly for the most part. I find it commendable that they have space for disabled adults. I found most of them to be wonderful human beings! For the most part I loved my apartment. I had the best view I have ever had in any other home and I moved around quite a bit. I found my apartment quite cozy. The utilities were always reasonable.
