I moved in because of the price and location to the U. New mananger the day I moved in, 6 new managers within a year. I went a month with no electricity in the outlets because they are on a circuit and one was bad. Impossible to get maintenance to repair.

They tore out my shower without warning, left it for over a month with plastic taped up inside and a note not to use it. Toilet didn't work for the first 3 months. Took a call to the management company to get that fixed. Had to use the student union facilities for 2 months for shower.

Noise is terrible, they refuse to address the problem. Security gate didn't work for the first 10 months I was here. Parking is terrible and the assign spots, but refuse to enforce when someone else parks there. Carpet was filthy, I was told they would put new in, never happened. AC constantly needs repair, most of the repairs I've asked for, like torn screen doors and closet doors off the tracks have ever been repaired, and they've been there for a year.

New management just came in, raised the rent 70 dollars and justified it by saying they had embezzlement problems with previous managers. On top of that, they are rude. This has been a nightmare, my lease is up next month, and will never stay here again.
