THIS APARTMENTS WAS DESERT FOUNTAIN BEFORE NOW THE NEW NAME IS ORACLE PALMS, THE NEW OWNER IS MAKING THIS PLACE TO LOOK BEAUTIFUL, THEY PAINT THE BUILDINGS, NEW FENCE AROUND THE SWIMMING POOLS. ALSO THEY ARE DOING THE LANDSCAPING. WE HAVE OUR APARTMENT SPRAY FOR BUGS EVERUY WEEK, THE PERSONEL IN OFFICE IS VERY NICE THEY HAVE THE BEST MAINTENANCE THEY RESPOND IN 24 HRS FOR THE SERVICE YOU REQUEST.wELL I DO NOT HAVE ANY MORE WORDS TO EXPLAIN HOW NICE IS TO LIVE IN THIS COMMUNITY.
