Average apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   The grounds are nice, the staff is friendly, and parking is ample, but that's about it. The apartments are a pretty basic layout, and with as many kids as there are, forget about using the pool when you really need it. The tennis and basketball courts leave something to be desired, but overall, the price is in a good range if you're just looking for a simple place to live.
