Overall, an average apartment. The other tenants had been kind, and the office staff was great. However, there seemed to be quite a bit of domestic violence in the complex itself. On any given night one could actually hear screaming and pounding coming from the neighboring apartments. Sheriffs showed up a few times a week for these cases. The apartment complex claimed to have night security. However, I never saw any. When I asked the manager about when the security guards made their rounds, she stated that she really didn't know. I felt this was information that the manager SHOULD have committed to knowledge. Additionally, the complex itself does not have sufficient outdoor lighting. This is a serious safety issue. Although the apartments were alright, I would certainly persuade one to continue to look at the complexes located in north Tucson.
