Parking is a nightmare.

The office staff is suppose to tag vehicles immediately if they are in your parking spot but this has happened to me several times and the cars are allowed to stay in my spot for literally days because the staff are too busy to get the tag on the vehicles.

The maintenance workers often have to come back several times to fix a problem and do things just to get by with the problem arising again.

A security guard recently walked right past a party that was going on both in and out of the apartment at 3am.

The guard said nothing to the loud party goers.

There have been things out of order on the property as well that have not been fixed for extended periods of time.

These include the pool, whirl pool, tennis court, and the basketball court.

Oh yeh, the office staff make promises of things to come in so many months like the promise of a play ground and one year later they have not even broke ground.

There is always dog feces scattered throughout the complex so you have to watch where you walk.

Also, many dogs often do not walk on a leashe and appearantly nothing is done about that law being violated since it continues with the same tennants.

The office staff are known to gossip about tennants and prospective tennants to certain current tennants so that can be uncomfortable for sure.

So, if you like a place to park where the manager will do something about others continuously parking in your space you pay for.

If you like a well maintained apartment and grounds.

If you like a quiet place to rest.

If you want a place you can walk and not step in dog feces or not be concerned a dog will come after you because they are not on a leashe.

If you want your life kept confidential.

Then, Oracle Village is definitely not for you!!!!
