For Tucson, Arizona this is a nice apartment complex. The grounds are always kept nice with the exception of a few rude tenants who do not pick up after their pets but the maintenance staff is right there to clean it up. The walls are thin but what else should you expect from apartments, if you want adobe brick buy a house or rent a condo. The staff in the office have been very helpful and prompt with notices to tenants about their music, parties, or just loud disturbances. We did loose our water when a pipe burst but the management staff was right there offering hotel rooms, water, or any other accomodation we might need. Oracle Village is probably the best value for my dollar I have been able to find in Tucson, especially for less than $800 a month.
