These apartments are the by far the worst apartments I've ever lived in! The maintenance
have no clue what they are doing most the time! They fix all problems half fast and usually within a week or two the problem is back. My upstairs A/C unit was broken for almost 8 months before they were able to fix it! Electric bills are outrage and in the summer you ll be paying between $100-$250 dollars. One of my friends who lives in the apartments had a bee problem and they called someone from PHOENIX to fix the problem so she was unable to go into her apartment all day. Not to mention the office staff likes to only enforce the rules on the apartments they can see from the office so if you do decided to move into oracle village make sure you don t move into an apartment that is close to the office! They are rude and don t address any problems you may have and don t even try to work with you, when you have a problem. And I hope you don t like swimming they like to close the pool for months at a time and when they open it, the filters don t work the lights don t work and the hot tub is on average 80 degrees! I would STRONGLY suggest you move some place else cause you will be disappointed! And when you re-sign your lease they will raise the rent on you at least 50 dollars!
