I would not recommend moving here. The maintenence issue is Horrible. My roommates and I had a leak in our apartment for a year before the office finally fixed it. We made numerous complaints to the office and thewy kept coming and telling us it was fixed yet it was not. After the leak was fixed they left a hole in our roof for at least 2 weeks (still there at the time I write this) after we repeatedly asked them to fix it. Many of our neighbors have told us of the maintenence issues they have had, ranging from broken down AC's to leaks in the roof and how they take forever to get fixed (if they ever do). We actually had a problem once where the office threw away our rent check and called us saying we never paid. When we went to the office there it was in the trash right next to the desk (still in it's envelope that had been opened). Most of the office staff is incompetent and not customer friendly. The office is also very picky on who they enforce the rules upon. Some people will get harassed about following the rules while their neighbors that violate the same rules are not notified by the office at all. When we first moved in one of the major selling points for us was the lovely landscaping. That has by far dropped down. The pool is constantly dirty, the sprinklers hardly ever work properly, the clean up crews don't do very well, mainly just blowing trash into your yard where its not readily visible and leaving it. The pool here is shut down fairly often. Generally around 1 weekend out of every month. This summer it was actually closed for 2 whole months for "refinishing". In the entire time I have lived here the hot tub has never been Hot. It is lukewarm at best. They actually just finished repairing it, so the new and improved hot tub actually has half the jets working in it.

In my opinion the management needs to do more here. Maintenece is lacking, and overall the property is a mess.

The one positive review I can give this site is it's residents. Most of the people living here are nice and friendly. The one thing I will miss when I move...
