I would no recommend moving to Oracle Village Appartments! These appartements have no respect or consideration for there tenants and don't listen to any problems you may be having. The maintance men don't know how to fix anything! Example: Our roof was leaking for sometime as well as our nahibors, well we went out of town for a few days and of course there was a huge storm, the water leaked all the way threw the upstairs wall downstaris which began to make a bubble on the ceiling. when we got home we called the office and it took them a week to get someone over to atempt to fic the problem! when the guy fixed it all he did was paint over the damaged areas and called it good. I don't know much about construction but I KNOW the dry wall needed to be replaced from all the water damage. OF COURSE a week later our wall began cracking and chipping and he never came back to fix the ceiling which now has a hole and water damage on it. We went to the office and told the manager Art was going on and he said he would have someone out to fix the problem within two day. 4 months later my appartment has yet to be fixed. this is only one of a dozen problems that end about the same way. and they like to incress our rent about $50 everytime we re-sign your lease which I made the mistake of doing once. Also I hoep you don't enjoy have a pool seeing as the pool is closed at least one week out of every month. and last summer it was closed all of July and this year it was closed from April 15th threw June 25th! because they paid a company to come out and re surface the pool and they paid them all the money up front and they spilt and never came back to finish the work! SMART STAFF!! dave yourself alot of dissapointment DON'T MOVE HERE!!! Or the appartments on Orange Grove and Thorneydale... thats there sister appartments where we were sent to swim for 2 months!
