Oracle Village is a crock. This has to to the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in and I have lived in apartments in multiple cities in multiple states. HSL the management company is completely incompetent. I have lived here for almost two years and during that time there have been three different managers. This apartment complex does not care about the well being of its residents. They continue to raise rent while offering less and less services. I have had more maintinence issues in this apartment than I ever thought possible. Issues ranging from a water heater that does not work and will not provide a hot shower, to a stove that literally exploded while I was cooking one day. I have a window that has leaked on multiple occations that has never been fixed correctly. The maintenance men think that a bead of silicone outside of the window will keep it from leaking-Ha. I have had a recurring problem with mold UNDERNEATH the grout in the bathroom. I have even had one of my stairs come unattached from the metal supports. The neighbors who live below me let their dog unrinate and deficate in their patio area and the office does nothing to stop them, so I smell it everytime I come home. There have also been major problems like when the water was off for three days because of a water main break that could not be fixed correctly. The pool was closed for three months straight in the middle of the summer because they hired incompetent workers. Vehicles have been broken into and some idiot tried to steal my bike right off of my patio even though it was locked. HSL decided that they no longer would pay for a security guard to walk the property at night. My most recent issue occured when my washing machine went on the fritz and ate some of my clothing. When I asked the office for compensation they said that they had no liability and that it was my problem. This is not the safe and comforting community that you want to call home. Do not come live here because it is quaint. I did and it was a big mistake. I cannot wait until I can get out of here.
