Oracle Village

Ok where to begin. This complex when I first moved in was very nice with lush landscaping and trees. Well after changing landscaping companies MANY times to save a buck, the grass is all but dead all around the complex, several trees were cut down for no reason. Now lets talk about the apartment I share with a roommate. The roof was leaking for almost a year and the management staff took forever to get it fixed. The wall that the water ran down needs the drywall replaced and repainted. Will they do that NO. But I bet you when I leave they will charge me for it. Any maintenance work you may need done takes weeks, and in some tenants cases months or years to fix. The New manager runs this complex poorly and is unpleasant to speak with on ANY issue weather it is maintenance or problems with your unit. The security they hire to make us feel safe is a joke. Most of the time the guards are asleep in their cars or threatening to assault residents. Lately there has been a string of Car rim thefts, Did the guards do anything NOPE. the guards were probably involved. Now if you are caught in the Pool area after hours you get evicted, are you kidding me??? HSL is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with and their employees are lazy rude and disrespectful. So I would never recommend any of HSL's properties especially Oracle Village, not even to my worst enemy. NO ONE deserves to be treated the way the management staff treats people here.
