Before Stephanie became manager this was an OK place to live. There WAS a security company that walked the grounds at night. Dead cars were tagged and towed as necessary.

Now for the problems:
Appliances are at least 30 yrs old
Kitchen drawers won't stay on track
Lots of breakins, stolen cars, etc
Lots of drug dealers in the complex; loud music and parties
Residents don't clean up after dogs
Very low water pressure
Water heater(also 30 yrs old) works very poorly
Single pane windows; very high electric bill


The owner of HSL has a hangar at the airport with 5 planes but can't update his properties every 10 years. Talk about greedy.
