This place is nothing but a dump! Appartments are old, managers and HSL staff are unfriendly, unwilling to work with you and when you move our will completely ---- you! They told us the non refundable deposit was used towards cleaning expense, but when we moved out we were told they were Admin fees and we would have to pay for the damage. Not only do I hate these appatments but I think they are a horrible company that needs to go out of business. They don't care about there residents and or there properties. The run down, old, dirty, poorly managed, (Stephine is a -----!) and the pool has had poop floating in it a few times when I've gone out there! Don't live here! Trust me! If you go to rent an apartment ask if they are HSL owned and if so RUN as far away as you possibly can! Or you'll be ----ed too!

Its funny to me to read these reviews and to see how uneducated people really are . This sight is a crock , also when you move in they explain deposits to you (just ask) some they do not give back . Also try using spell check when you right a review if you want to be taken seriously . If you read between the lines on most its always the managements fault for something that the person did wrong. Do you really want to live next door to the ignorant people that write these wonderful reviews ????

Well your not much brighter than the original poster. You stated, "..."try using spell check when you right a review". Obviously you did not use it either-it's "write" NOT right. This "site" NOT sight is NOT a crock. It's especially helpful for someone out of state looking to relocate. If your reading these reviews like I was 4 months ago in an attempt to weed out the garbage before putting a deposit down, go talk to Sharon @ Mountain Village Apts, 513 W Panorama Rd. Just down the street from Oracle Village Apts-directly behind Margaritas.

Oh yeah, Mountain Village who wouldn't rent to me many years ago because of my appearance - I remember them. I was well dressed and had a good job, but very young. Suddenly the special they had out on the street on a lame piece of wood no longer existed. Yes, I remember them...
