I am sure this has been posted by the manager himself. The words speak for itself. The maintenance person is extremely good. But the fellow who calls himself the manager, keeps on blinking his eyes, he is pathetic and spoils the whole atmosphere. All tenants will be happy the day he leaves.

Well the guy who is blinks his eyes has left and there is a new lady who takes care of it. She is pretty attentive. However, she is not the in-charge and the guy who actually is seems to me as pretty manipulative. He can be hard to deal with and unreasonable at times. But overall, the apartments are good, cheap and close to school.
