I have lived at Park Adams for over 3 years and I love it.

Why does everyone want to see the landlord all the time' If you need parents to babysit you, then you should go home and live with mommy and daddy. Just because the managers are not sitting in the office, on their butts, like all the other property offices, hardly counts as "not being there." There are places where you never meet the managers, do not know what they look like, and things just appear or disappear. Park Adams is the perfect mix of management style...I'd rather pay for someone doing something rather than sitting around and doing nothing.

Managers and tenants do not need to have a relationship beyond fixing broken things and paying rent. If something breaks you write up a maintenance request, and it normally will get fixed within 24 hours. If I break something, unlike other places, depending on the problem, they don't charge me for it either. How cool is that'!'!

If you really want to complain about people taking your money and not getting your butt kissed in return, then you should go buy a home. Oh wait...you probably can't HA! I'm not paying thousands of dollars a month in rent, and my security deposit is super cheap compared to what REAL cities want so I'm content.

I'm an adult and find the convenience to the UA worth the price. Its not even that expensive...check out the properties around that area. They don't charge you for the stupid things property owners want to charge you either. If you have lived on your own before, anywhere, you'll know what I'm talking about.

I got a parking permit and haven't had my car towed, not even once. I get wired and wireless internet, clean furniture, pest control, the manager calls me on their personal phones, they don't charge hundreds of dollars for late rent fees, and the place is safe and quiet.

Also, the managers helped me move into my apartment during their time off. They have helped other people do the same. You will NEVER get that type of service from any other manager. The costs of renting a truck and recruiting friends to help move is soo expensive...and the managers volunteered to help me...amazing!!

The best part of Park Adams is that if you act like an adult they will treat you like an adult. If you have OCD, a lack of commen sense, or are crazy, they tend to leave you even more alone because who in their right mind would want to deal with a crazy person' lol. I can't even think of a reason why you would want to see the landlord...ever. There is a maintenance staff and my problems with the building get almost immediately repaired. So...dude just pay your rent on time...duh common sense.

I'd hate to see the childish behavior of some of my cry-baby neighbors turn this place into a bureaucratic, rude, and expensive place to live, where they find fault with everything you do and charge you for it. I try to remember that I don't own the place and there is always a price to live in someone else's home, regardless of size.

The pool and grounds are being cleaned as we speak. They just announced that the pool is getting a facelift and the parking lot is getting repaved. Dude...your loss if you miss out on this place. Besides, the managers are always there and have really cool plans for this place. Just ask them and they will let you know. But then again, I don't need to see the managers everyday...so I'll just give them a call sometime or drop them a note.
