I have lived here for 4 months now and I LOVE IT! The parking is great! I can always find something near my apt even though we are a two car residence. As far as the noise I can't hear any of my neighbors. Which is great! The only noise I ever hear when i'm outside are the animals that have created nests outside my apt. The appearance of the complex is one that I have never seen before! I love the ALL the trees and how beautiful they keep the complex. For being such a large complex the upkeep is great, the landscappers come by my apt once a week and I can never hear them. I have a dog and I walk her every night and safety doesn't seem to be a concern. Even the complex is an older complex, the maintence of the inside of the apts is keep to a higher standard. It has gotten hotter in the apt in the summer and can raise your electricity bill up, but I found if you buy a fan it will work just fine. The maintenance guys are very nice and ALWAYS say hi. They are very hard working and ALWAYS get your requests in a appropriate manner. The office staff are all very nice and cordial. They deal with problems in a prompt manner and without an attitude. Overall, the complex is a great place to live. Anytime I have friends over they always compliment me on the how spacious and homey the apt looks.

Really? I live here too and it's great, but no apartment complex is perfect. Your review would seem A LOT more authentic (park Place employee) if you had added even ONE thing that maybe wasn't so great. Like the water being turned off all the time for "repairs to the main line" or the fact that the resort pool hasn't been functional for weeks due to a faulty pool pump or the loud leaf blowers, etc.. But it's always nice to see a demonstration of company loyalty when employees who live at the complex try to improve the apartment's rating by leaving over the top positive reviews.

For one Im not an employee and just because you have had some bad experiences doesn't mean that everyone else that lives here has had those same experiences. Get over it and stop being so pessimistic, I have lived in some REALLY bad places and this in MY opinion is one of the best, so yes I will leave them a great compliment and truly mean it. What's also funny is that I have no reason to hide who I am, but you do.
