Park Towers might have been built in the 1960s, but it has been well maintained ever since. The apartments are spacious and the living rooms are huge. The kitchen is good sized with plenty of cabinent space. The master bedroom has a closet that is almost the size of a bathroom; two dressers fit in it along with clothing and other items. The apartments in the Tower unit all open to interior corridors. This lowers utility bills but sometimes the hallways reek of strange odors; however, it does not get into the individual apartments. Because this building is old, it has a small ant problem. We were able to erradicate the ants within a few months. Parking is very tight, but you do have the option of paying extra per month for an assigned spot. Overall, this place is worth living at and is fairly convienient to most things in Tucson.
