Terrible, uncaring manangment

I have lived here 2 years with my family and the management has changed a few times but the current management is just awful.
They only bothered repainting and fixing up the place because the owner was stopping by to check it out but they couldn't bother to make the place look nice just for us.
No pride in the condition of things.
When we need things repaired they have sometimes made temporary crappy repairs instead of replacing things just so it can break again in a couple months.
The walls and floors are just filthy and have never been cleaned properly.
I have heard one of the managers yelling and using inappropriate language with tenants because they can not maintain a professional attitude and control their temper.
They even were indifferent and unwilling to take care of us being threatened and harassed by another tenant who we have had to call the police on.
I don't consider this a safe place to raise children.
We have had cars stolen and vandalized from the lot.
The only reason we are still stuck here is because we can not afford to move.
