Problems everywhere

Where do I start with the problems that go on here. It seems as though it's every other night that the police have to come due to one problem or another. The kids around here aren't watched by an adult and if they are it's as though their parents don't care. Not that this can be blame on management, but they are the ones that choose who lives here. As for parking, unless you have an assigned spot you're out of luck parking near your apartment and even then people park in your spot and management does nothing. People will leave trash outside and in the summer we get bugs in our apartment. As for noise, it can be hard to get anything done because of how bad it can be. The only reason we stayed this long is to save money and to pay off bills.
