Apartment complex noisey. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Noise insulation very poor. Lack of adequate survelance to enforce rules and regulations of the management. Responce to complaints from tenants almost nonexistant. Note a fair amount of drug activity. Grounds are well maintained. Parking rules are slopily enforced. Suspect refernces of new tenants either are not followed through or not carried out.
