I have lived here for a year and were it not for the high cost I would probably have stayed. The office staff is great but maintenance needs to work better. They had to fix my dryer 4 times bfore getting it right and the caulking on my tub had to be done 5 times before getting it right. The only real problem is that the unit are not well insulated. You can hear you neighbor in the phone in his bedroom. Upstair neighbors, well, you hear every step.

All in all is is a pleasurable place to stay but then, I have been blessed with quiet neighbors.
