All the ammenities I needed, although you pay extra for some (garage, fireplace). Quiet, well kept community. Responsive management. On-site gym, computers, and clubhouse with pools. Beautiful, tranquil location..great view of Catalinas. Not too isolated. Within walking distance of grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. I loved living here!
