I notified managers about water damage (recent rains) to ceiling; cracks, falling texture. No one ever came to inspect or repair.
I notified managers that water billings were for another apartment (bill and meter do not match). I never received a response.
Neighbors downstairs told me water was leaking into their storage closet and that they had notified managers who said that they would send someone out immediately. I waited three hours for maintenance. No one every arrived and I had to repair the leak myself.
The grounds are littered with dog droppings that are not picked-up.
I suggest that you look elsewhere.
