great location, loud neighbors

We have lived at Pinnacle Canyon for about 1 1/2 years. The first neighbors we had were not too bad, they did smoke on their porch however causing the smoke to come into our apartment. When they moved out we were relieved, but that did not last long. Our new neighbor got a new boyfriend rather quickly and needless to say they were VERY loud. We complained to the office once and they just sent a note, the noises continued. She moved out about 6 months later and last week a new guy moved in who has a dog that howls about 20 hours of the day. It is absurd. There maintenance also do not seem to do an outstanding job, for example our dryer has become disconnected from the wall about six times because they will not buy the 10 cent clasp needed to hold it on. They also had to put chicken wire across our patio storage door because packrats kept coming in, unfortunately they locked the rats in causing them to die and decompose in the storage, they did not smell good. There are also scorpions (lots) and other unwanted pests (centipedes). I would really think about it before moving here, I am just waiting for my lease to be up!
