Pinnacle Canyon has been a great place to live, but like many of the nice complexes in Tucson, it's being converted to condos. Renters are simply being priced out of the nice apartments in town - all so realtors & investors can make a pile of money.

The management has been good, but the conversion plans were kept very quiet, and current residents haven't been included in any new information. I am not recommending this complex simply because it seems unlikely that they will offer leases to new residents.
