I didn't realize this site allowed advertisements. FYI to anyone taking this seriously - the Maya went for $868 prior to condo conversion. The conversion process does not benefit any renters!!!!!!!

personally, i wouldn't dare pay 1100.00 for a 2 bedrooom anything.. stupid! stupid!

I lived in the Maya for $868 for 4 years; it was worth it.
$1100 -no way. Just left Pinnacle on a visit and there were sandbags all over the condos due to flooding (monsoon).

You get what you pay for. $1100.00 for a month not bad for district 16, quiet no drive bys, no partying. maybe those who expect to pay $500/mo should go try south Tucson and send their to desert view/ cholla or pueblo so they can get a 1st rate edumacation.
