My mom and I lived here our first year in Tucson. We were unable to view it before and were recommended it by my moms work. We lived there 6 months and had a lot of problems.
First we had a substantial issue with mold. Our bathroom grout was always moldy despite our attempts to air it out, clean it etc. They would come to fix it and simply re-grout OVER the mold.
Second, we rented a garage and it flooded during monsoon season ruining boxes and furniture. They refuse to take responsibility or take care of it. They said it would dry out and we shoud deal with it by putting our stuff on the other side of the garage.
Third and most important was safety. We lived on the bottom floor and one night were almost burglarized. I was in the living room, heard a noise coming from my bedroom and looked in to see someone watching me through the blinds, my window open and the screen off. We called the police and filed a report and heard from the officer they had had a few calls from this complex HOWEVER when we filed the report with the office they said they had never heard of such a thing, were rude and hesitantly filled out the neccesary paper work. Upon talking to neighbors they had had trouble with people stealing things from their patios.
And lastly, the ground go right through a wash.
When you are on the opposite side of the complex from the office the grass area you go down through IS A WASH it floods with about 4 feet of water during monsoon season. Don't be fooled by the grass and sidewalk it isn't safe when it rain.
As far as the good points, the pool was always well kept and the fitness room was large and well stocked with well working equipment. We had nice neighbors but that is all I can really say for its good points.

Mold? you must be a real messy untidy person. Garages for rent? If that was true I would gladly pay $100-200 a month for one. And water in the wash , you gotta be one of those people who goes around barricades and enter the washes. I've been there for 2 years, I love it there.
