I have lived at Pinnacle Canyon for 7 years. I absolutely love it here and that is why I just spent over $200,000 dollars to buy my unit. I don't want to leave. I have never had anything stolen or seen any illegal activity. 4 feet of water? Come on,I've seen maybe 4 inches and the wash is at a slope so it runs off.
I know a lot of residents are angered by the condo conversion but putting up lies on the internet is a bit low don't you think.
The staff, the grounds and the apartments have always been great and I feel the best place to live in town should you buy a condo or rent one.
