Everything in this condo falls apart. The maintenance and repair services here take forever to fix things and when they do come, they do a crappy job. They move you into a condo that looks nice at first glance, but once the warranty date passes 6 months later, the carelessness and recklessness with which this condo was put together becomes painfully apparent. I even hear leaking sinks from the upstairs unit...not to mention every condo is fully equipped with a water heater unit that makes a wonderful and insanely relentless clicking noise each time water runs through it. The gates to the condo are always broken...so much for the safety of a gated community. Furthermore, the front office could care less about all of this. For the sake of your sanity and overall well-being, DO NOT MOVE HERE. The only people I would recommend this condo to are people I hate.

Wow you must feel like a complete idiot for buying that condo. I bet you kick yourself daily. Sell and move out baby!!!
