Sorry for the new owners From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I lived there for three years and have very mixed comments.The maintenance was horrible and ineffective. Things required fixing 4 or 5 times and the problems ALWAYS returned. The walls were papaer thin. I could hear my neighbour in his bedroom on the phone and in all other regards.The staff was variable and their moods fluctuated. Still the property was well maintained and always clean. When I returned to Tucson I discoverd that they had gone condo. You have new bathroom and kitchen tile, carpets, and a new bath and appliances. All the rest is the same. For having lived there I cannot imagine paying what they asked. The view must be it. Good luck and pray for quiet owner's.
