| 03/08/2010 | Pinnacle Canyon Apartments were renovated and converted to Condos in 2007 / 2008, so this is no longer an Apartment Complex. Most residence there now own their unit. I guess the experience can vary depending on who you rent from. I rented a furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment for 3 month from a Property Management Company, when I first moved to Tucson. The Apartment was niceley maintened and furnished. Washer, dryer, flat screen TV with cable, high speed Internet and all utilities were included.
