I have noticed that once your a tennant, your just another number. I have heard horror stories from several of the prior tennants about how the management tried to stiff them with a bill for ghost repairs. This has normally been the case for those tennants who have come in under some kind of special. Its almost like they are trying to make up the money somehow.

They also like to go by the book when it is conveniant for them. However, if you need to bend the rules even slightly, they wont hesitate to bring out the lease and show you the guidelines.

I would recommend people to look elsewhere. It is in a great location, but the staff is changed so much and the owners are changed so frequently, it wouldnt be worth the headache. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
