Pinnacle Heights is a great place to live because the people who work in the office try to help you as best as they can with answering questions and getting things taken care of. I believe the reason for the other negative comments here on this site about this community are because some residents think that the people who work at Pinnacle Heights are their personal assistants, when they are not. Your own house is when you get to have everything just the way your little heart desire's. I have also noticed that they have a new staff in the office so maybe it was the old staff that was having the problems.Pinnalce Heights is an ELITE apartment community that offers many FREE!!! Amenities and big floorplans.
