The Best...
The view from the apartments facing the Catalinas is absolutely unequalled! And the apartments themselves are bright, spacious and very well designed.
The maintainance is also excellent, with problems attended to right away, at least during business hours.

The Worst...
It's a shame that such a lovely location and such beautiful (and expensive!) apartments are so shoddily constructed as to compete with any third world hotel as far as noise transference goes, especially in first floor apartments. The sound of the neighbors walking about, opening and closing doors, and especially dropping things seems to actually be amplified thru the ceiling! Don't expect to sleep while your neighbors are moving about upstairs!
Also the attitude of the management in the front office is some of the nastiest you'd ever hope NOT to encounter. They all seem to be having a really bad day every day. AND, there is no security like other apartments in this price range all have, nor is there an after hours contact number.
