Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
i stayed here for 3 years, i moved out in jan. 2006, but not by choice. The office lost my paper work and told me after living there for three years that i had to fill out an application, which carried a fifty dollar charge. Once again they lost it and I had to pay. Now due to bad credit i did not get accepted for a renewal of my lease. The only reason they run those things is to make sure your going to pay your rent. I lived there for three years and only had one late, what other indication do you need besides a livng history of being a good resident. They kicked me out after losing my paperwork and making me pay for it. It was much better when i first moved in. No resident loyalty, its ok i found a better place anyway
