I haven't had any scorpions or leaking roofs. However, my upstairs neighbors are so loud I'm embarassed to have people over. When I first visited my apt I was told that the walls were concreit reinforced, that's an obvious lie. I can hear the people above sneeze or their Tv when it's too loud. Maintanence takes a while and the people in the front office are very sweet but VERY flakey. Even so they make up for their mistakes when there are any. My lease was messed up when I first moved in, they took the blame and gave me a garage without the monthly rent. All in all, it has it's problems but the apts are very nice the staff is very nice, but don't expect too much moving in here cause you'll be disappointed.
