After further evaluation, with returning staff, and a couple good remaining staff, and a new manager, not that the old manager was bad, because I believe he was fair and good and will be missed, I believe Pinnacle Heights may have a come back. Just waiting for market to crash so prices will drop again. I would consider moving back as long as everyone in the office is still there.
Parking is a complaint, but has gotten better.
There are scorpions here, so be careful! It's the desert, right next to Sabino Canyon remember.

In conjunction with my review, I would like to add, after reading others, that, number one-yes, scorpions are out here-two the morning leaf blowing does infuriate alot of us-but... Theft-NEVER. I leave my car windows down all night. If someone stole something, I'd assume it was someone I knew Rudeness-I felt the same way however, the person, or persons responsible are no longer here, the new manager seems very friendly-someone has returned whom I thought very highly of, the manager before the new one, well, he was MORE than fair and caring, I can assure you Scorpions-are not deadly to adults, pets, but be careful with new borns. Try to make sure you don't live around the pool areas because bugs like water, and it's louder at the main pool Maintenance-NEVER an issue. Dave, who is now gone, was awsome, he went to another Colonial community-the maintenance now are good, and willing to fix something if you even forgot to put it in the report, and then they'll just document the extra work to the office no additional trips to the office Blinds-By god! Ask for new ones! Carpet-if it isn't satisfactory-I'm sure the staff in there now will accomodate you properly and change it or have Carpet Police come out. Price-very high, admittedly by all parties-the office can't help what corporate does-check out the website for corporate-it all jives, it'll come back down and stay there a while, eventually If you want to live here, I say no other place will ever match up to this-I promise that. Unless you by a house, all other apartments are disappointing compared to this one.
