I lived there for 2 years and loved it!!!! I had great views and the neighborhood is very quiet. Maintenance issues were always taken care of in a prompt manner. As for scorpions, i never saw any becuase they offer free extermination service every week. Overall this was a great community and although the managment has changed it seems for the better because everyone is very friendly and helpful.
