After signing a move in agreement and paying a percentage of our fees, my husband and I received a call stating that our first floor apartment would not be ready for the date specified on our agreement. We were offered a tour of an alternative apartment (second floor) and told to come back on the weekend to see the floorplan. The new location would have cost us an additional $900 to move into since the moving company would have had to do a long haul from the parking lot to the apt. We were treated rudely and the information was never relayed from one person to another so we were often having to tell the same story over and over again. As far as we are concerned, this property is beautiful on the outside and ruined by the inconsistency of the management and staff members. We would not reccomend this property to anyone.
