I lived here for three months and had 19 bark scorpions inside my apartment (in addition to all other manner of benign but annoying bugs). Outside there were probably another 10-15 to add to the tally. I know three other people who lived in the complex. Two had major scorpion infestations, one never saw a single scorpion. If you like those odds, go for it. The management people were downright awful. The more I complained about scorpions, the more angry they seemed to get with me (that never caused them to fix the problem tho). This place was terrible plain and simple. I would never consider living there again nor would I consider living in any complex managed by this company.

A class action lawsuit. Are you kidding me? Gee, let's just tell the judge that God's creatures are on this mountain and the management can't remove them all. Then be prepared to be laughed out of court.
