I have lived here for over a year. In that time management allows people to park wherever they want - blocking garages, through ways, the road, in red zones- it doesn't matter and they don't do anything to deter it. There is nothing in the lease agreement beyond "no parking in the red zone." So people park wherever they like and when others cannot get into their garages or drive down the road management states "we left them a note on their car." This has gone on for over 6 months. If I had wanted to live in a sub-standard, low-class place where people disregarded aesthetics and function I would have moved into the low rent district district.
The grounds are kept impeccable at the front of the complex, but not further in and around the buildings. A maintenance request is usually addressed in a few days in a very cursory manner. I have clumps of concrete on my stairs from roof work. I have a door frame that was repaired but never painted. I have a wall that was re-painted with paint that bled onto the adjacent white walls and onto the floorboard due to shoddy and careless work. High end luxury my behind.

I pay for my garage. I like to be able to get in and out of said paid for garage without it being blocked every time I want to move my vehicle. Blocking roadways are a fire hazard. Red zones indicate no parking zones in civilized societies. If management views parking in the red zones acceptable, then they need to remove the red curbs. If blocking garages that people pay for is acceptable, then tenants need to be informed that getting in and out of their paid for garage is risky and unmonitored. Your personal insults are fallacious red herrings and have nothing to do with the contractual lease between management and leasee(s) at Pinnacle Heights.

Wow! I feel sorry for the management that need to deal with people that have their nose up in the air like this. Obviously they are not used to people and should own a house somewhere alone out in the desert so that nobody can park in front of their driveway. Low rent districts are where people shoot at you, get stabbed, drug dealers stand in front of your door and police don't care, and car windows are getting smashed in just for fun. Do you have this happening to your car here?..................Didn't think so. I am not being insulting I am stating facts. Go around some neighboorhoods on the south side of town and see what things are like there. I pay for my garage too just like everybody else.

Well, first of all, I have seen people park in the red zones in front of their own apartments. BUT, I have never seen them there for longer than a few minutes, they are probably just loading/unloading or stopped for just a minute. That doesn't bother me, they never block the roadways or garages that I have ever seen! And actually, the grounds and landscaping are kept impeccable all throughout the complex that I can tell. These apartments are not necessarily high-end luxury, but are VERY NICE. My last apartment was going condo, so if you want to talk about not getting things repaired there, then you might have something to complain about. No where in your lease does it say they employ a parking attendant. If you have that big a problem with the parking situation, then go buy a house and have them towed out of your driveway. When I read all these negative comments, I have to wonder if we live in the same complex. I personally have NEVER had a problem with parking situations or maintenance requests. And if I had a problem, I know that the office staff would do their very best to remedy the situation.
