The staff is deplorable. I had to call maintenance 4 times to fix a running toilet, they never could fix it to so I had to go to Ace and get the parts myself and fix it, its not like a toilet is rocket science. The pool lights regularly go out and lots of people who don't live here jump the fence and are loud all night. The pool is green and closed a lot mid summer when you want to use it most. They hardly ever clean the pool on sat and sun so if you want to go swimming better do it on Monday. Had some neighbors who tried to get my car towed because I parked in an OPEN spot that they wanted and the management said they had the right to tow my car if I was on vacation and not around to move it if they asked. Lots of scorpions, I live on the second floor, I started spraying myself and have had less problems. They come in through the vents so you have to spray the vents. Staff is very rude and unhelpful though they are polite enough when you are signing the lease.

I wrote a review a while back and get an email when a new one posts. I have never felt compelled to respond until now. And my reason is that reviews like this scare off good neighbors, and in rentals that is a big deal. -I have been here for three years and have never, ever, seen the pool turn any shade of green. It's very well maintained. -I have never heard of anyone breaking into the pool, although it's possible. -I would be curious to hear how long this person's car was left in a spot. We have certainly left ours for a week in the same spot with no problem. Plus, they state that someone attempted to tow it. Note that it wasn't towed. -Staff is generally polite. They can be rude. I imagine this is because it's a min. wage job and there's fair turnover. -I had a clogged pipe a few weeks ago. Called and a man came the next morning to fix it. -This apt is in the foothills, and next to Sabino Canyon park. You will in fact see rabbits, quail, deer (rarely), coyote, javelina, and scorpions. The rabbits and quail are daily, the rest are rare. A few years ago the scorpions were really bad, but now they are very rare. I saw one in my garage last night. There are a ton of crickets in there, so the scorpion was probably feasting. So there's some balance for you, reader.

The water in main pool turned green several times this summer. Generally, the small pool is much clean than the main pool. Scorpion is problem in this community. People lived in other apartment complex referring this complex as scorpion place. There are plenty OPEN parking space around the community. Office should not tow someone's car just because it parked there over 48 hours. The car owner could be in business trip.
